3.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in consultations are subject to availability which is never guaranteed. You may book online or by telephone. You will receive email and/or text confirmation upon booking and reminders 24 hours prior to your appointment.

3.2 You agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Failure to do so may result in no-show or rescheduling charges. If you arrive late for your appointment we are under no obligation to accommodate you, since doing so may inconvenience other patients. We may therefore require you to reschedule.

3.3 We operate a strict no-show policy. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a no-show fee as outlined in our fee policy.


4. Patient Responsibilities

4.1 You must provide complete and accurate medical history, including any allergies, medications, or prior diagnoses.

4.2 Follow all advice and prescriptions provided by our practitioners. Non-compliance may impact the effectiveness of your treatment, and we shall not be held liable for such outcomes.

4.3 Contact us immediately if you experience adverse reactions or worsening conditions following treatment.

12.1 Our services are supplied by Optical Services (Jersey) Limited. Where services are supplied by independent contracting practitioners on our premises, we are not privy to those contracts which are between you and the independent practitioner concerned.
