1. Subscription Overview
By signing up, you agree to receive regular eyecare services as outlined in your chosen plan (e.g. annual eye exams, screenings, discounts, products or treatments).
2. Payment & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly by direct debit as selected.
- Payments are taken automatically by our payment partner Go Cardless.
- You will receive email confirmation upon each successful payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
- The minimum contract period is 12 months and the scheme auto renews for a further 12 month contract period on each anniversary.
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice in writing.
- No refunds are issued for partially used contract periods.
4. Appointments & Attendance
- Included services (e.g. exams, screenings) must be booked in advance.
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a £80 no-show fee.
- Services must be used within the subscription period and do not roll over.
- Anniversary vouchers are valid for 18 months from date of issue.
5. Eligibility & Scope
- Subscription plans are available to Jersey residents aged 18+.
- Plans cover routine and preventative care only.
- Treatments for acute or emergency conditions may incur additional costs.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to update plans, pricing, or services with 30 days’ notice. Subscribers will be notified via email.
7. Termination by Provider
We may terminate your subscription for misuse, non-payment, or abusive conduct, with written notice.
